Anti Corruption Helpline Launched in Delhi

Arvind Kejriwal

At last anti corruption helpline started in Delhi.  The new Aam  Aadmi Party (AAP) Government of India took many steps for the welfare of the people, they have reduced the electricity bill, water bill, and at last they have launched a helpline to prevent corruption. The man behind the amazing performance is Arvind Kejriwal who was a former civil servant.  His party won 28 of the 70 seats on Delhi election. But many people are joining Aam Aadmi party after seeing their amazing steps, they admire Mr. Kejriwal. People's participation inspired Mr. Kejriwal's  party to contest the parliamentary election. This helpline started with a view to help the people who deals with the bribe demand by the Government employee. It's not easy to take steps against corruption in a country like India. Anti corruption helpline would be a great relief for the people who are suffering due to bribe and corruption.

This helpline started working from 9 January. It will be open 14 hours everyday. On first day evening Arvind Kejriwal said that they got 38 serious complaints that day. And they got more than 4 thousands calls in the first few hours of launching. He also mentioned that it's a helpline, not a complaint number. This helpline is aimed to create fear the corrupted person and alert them.  In this process callers will leave their complain, name and number. Government official will call back and give some tips and also plan for conducting sting operation. If AAP get cooperation of all people, they can make a revolution by their good will and different steps.
